O suspeito era passageiro em uma moto que acelerou ao ver a viatura da polícia.

De acordo com a corporação, o caso aconteceu por volta das 22h, no bairro Vila Real. A equipe patrulhava a área quando viu uma moto Honda CG 160 Start na Avenida São Francisco de Assis, ocupada por dois homens.

O condutor pareceu se assustar ao notar a presença policial e tentou acelerar enquanto olhava para trás, o que chamou a atenção dos agentes.

A equipe fez a abordagem e na revista encontrou um celular roubado modelo iPhone, com o passageiro do veículo. Ele disse que tinha adquirido o aparelho naquele mesmo dia, mas sem dar maiores detalhes.

O caso foi registrado no plantão policial e o rapaz autuado pelo crime de receptação.
