A primeira apresentação foi realizada na segunda-feira (09), no Centro de Educação Infantil Saci Pererê, onde cerca de 200 crianças assistiram ao Show Dog com os cães Iron e Max.

O objetivo do Canil é se aproximar da sociedade e instruir as crianças de forma lúdica sobre o trabalho policial.

Além disso, na última quinta-feira (5), a equipe do Canil da GCM participou de um treinamento em Valinhos (SP), onde foram praticadas técnicas de faro, proteção e obediência com os cães.

“A participação dos membros do Canil na capacitação foi muito importante para o aperfeiçoamento das técnicas utilizadas no dia a dia com os nossos pastores-belga-malinois”, disse Osmir Cruz, secretário de Defesa Social e Mobilidade Urbana.
