De acordo com apuração do site Policial Padrão, o casal reside no bairro Jardim Denise. Por volta das 20h, o soldador chegou do trabalho e chamou a companheira para ir ao mercado, questionando sobre o dinheiro reservado para isso.

A vítima de 30 anos disse que tinha gastado o dinheiro e o casal discutiu. Em meio a briga, ela alega que o homem a empurrou e começou a quebrar a moto dela. Com medo, ela saiu da casa e chamou a Polícia Militar (PM).

Ainda segundo a vítima, ela já pediu uma medida protetiva contra o companheiro anteriormente, mas eles reataram há cerca de dois anos.

A equipe foi até a casa falar com o soldador. Ele disse que empurrou a mulher apenas para se defender, pois ela o estava agredindo.

Os policiais encaminharam o casal para o plantão policial. O delegado ouviu os depoimentos e liberou os dois após registrar um boletim de ocorrência por violência doméstica.
