O autor brigou com outras pessoas que estariam no local.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), o indivíduo realizou ameças com um facão e foi até a sua residência buscar uma espingarda calibre 28. Ao voltar para o bar, o suspeito efetuou um disparo.

O homem foi preso em sua casa e o armamento foi localizado em um sítio próximo a residência. A arma estava com ove cartuchos. Ele foi preso e conduzido ao plantão policial de Sumaré, com as vítimas das ameaças.
