De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os policiais 1º Tenente Walter e Cabo Oswaldo por volta das 14h receberam um denúncia de que havia uma refinaria na Rua Olímpio Campagnolo.

A equipe juntamente com o apoio da Força Tática foi até o local e encontraram dois indivíduos. Os suspeitos ao verem os policiais fugiram pelos telhados sentido Rua Thiago Azevedo dos Santos e em determinado momento quebraram telhas e caíram ao solo.

As equipes conseguiram fazer as detenções e durante revista pessoal nada de ilícito foi encontrado. Durante buscas na residência, foram encontrados 211g de maconha, 584g de cocaína, duas munições e diversos materiais para fabricação de drogas.

O caso foi apresentado no 2º Distrito Policial, onde os dois indivíduos permaneceram à disposição da Justiça. Um dos traficantes teve cortes e lesões na perna devido a queda.
