Segundo a família, o jovem não tinha carteira de habilitação.

De acordo com a polícia, o caminhão fazia o retorno na Rua Joaquim Marcelino Leite quando foi atingido pela motocicleta em alta velocidade.

O condutor da moto, Jhon Ritley Duraes, morreu durante o atendimento médico, enquanto o garupa ficou em observação na Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Rosolém.

Ainda de acordo com a polícia, o motorista do guincho fez o teste do bafômetro e o resultado foi negativo para consumo de álcool. A motocicleta foi recolhida ao pátio pois estava com o licenciamento atrasado.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial de Hortolândia.
