Segundo a Polícia Militar (PM), o crime ocorreu por volta das 18h30 na Rua José Cândido da Silveira no Jardim Jequitibá. Um homem brigava com a esposa quando Luan tentou parar as agressões e foi esfaqueado.

O rapaz morreu ainda no local. Já o assassino fugiu e até a última atualização desta reportagem, equipes policiais realizavam patrulhamento na região do crime para tentar localizá-lo.

A mulher que também estava no local, ficou em estado de choque e não conseguiu prestar depoimento. Ela deveria se apresentar à polícia nesta segunda-feira (8).

O sepultamento de Luan Henrique Melo aconteceu na manhã desta terça-feira (9), em Artur Nogueira (SP).
