A vítima, Raimundo Guimaraes Lopes, residia na Rua Jerônimo Villarinho, no bairro Jardim Lisa.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a família de Lopes foi até a casa dele no início da noite, após não conseguir fazer contato por telefone.

Eles encontraram a vítima caída e ensanguentada no quintal, perto de um dos portões da residência. O homem já estava em óbito e segurava o portão com uma das mãos.

De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, equipes da Polícia Militar (PM) e perícia foram acionadas ao local. A vítima tinha lesões na cabeça e uma cadeira de ferro com vestígios de sangue estava ao lado do corpo.

Após os trabalhos periciais, o corpo foi removido ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML).

O caso foi registrado como homicídio e será investigado pela Polícia Civil.
