O caso aconteceu na madrugada desta sexta-feira (20), no Jardim Luiza Maria.

De acordo com a PM, a senhoria da residência ligou para o 190 logo depois que três tiros atingiram o portão da casa dela. Ela relatou que tinha acabado de ter uma discussão com seu inquilino, quando o fato ocorreu.

Enquanto a polícia preservava o local para a perícia, o inquilino passou em frente a casa em um Chevrolet Blazer. Uma viatura seguiu o carro e fez a abordagem na Avenida Thereza Maria Michelon Pavan.

O condutor e a esposa estavam no carro, com quatro munições de calibre .38 e um revólver com seis munições do mesmo calibre intactas.

Na sequência, o filho do casal chegou no local da abordagem e também acabou detido. Segundo a descrição de uma testemunha, ele seria o provável autor dos disparos.

A família recebeu voz de prisão e foi conduzida até a delegacia de polícia. Todos ficaram à disposição da Justiça por disparo e porte ilegal de arma e munições.
