O caso aconteceu em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP) e a Polícia Militar (PM) encontrou o infrator após analisar as imagens.

De acordo com a PM, o comércio fica na Rua da Platina, região do Jardim Pântano. As imagens mostram o menor escalando o portão do local para esconder um pacote na calha.

A polícia recuperou o objeto que continha 39 gramas de cocaína e após analisar as imagens, encontrou o suspeito na Rua do Mercúrio. O adolescente estava apenas com um celular e não quis dizer nada sobre a gravação.

A PM encaminhou o caso ao plantão policial, onde a mãe do menor se apresentou. O delegado registrou o ato infracional de tráfico e apreendeu as drogas e o celular.

Já o adolescente foi liberado à responsável, que assinou um termo de compromisso, conforme determina a lei vigente.
