A placa do veículo não possuía registro ou cadastro nos sistemas policiais e de trânsito.

A abordagem aconteceu por volta das 8h30, na Rua Alcides Pires de Campos, região do Jardim Sagrado Coração. O Centro de Inteligência da GCM identificou uma moto modelo Triumph Tiger 1200 com emplacamento irregular e uma equipe a localizou.

O condutor alegou que tinha comprado o veículo em um leilão. Ele admitiu que sabia que a moto sofreu baixa nos sistemas de registro e não possuía mais permissão para emplacamento ou trânsito.

Diante dos fatos, a equipe apreendeu o veículo que posteriormente irá passar por perícia. Já o motociclista ficou livre após prestar depoimento no Distrito Policial.
