Conforme apuração do site Policial Padrão, a estrutura caiu e prensou a vítima na região da barriga. O idoso não resistiu ao impacto e morreu no local.

Equipes da Polícia Civil, resgate, perícia e serviço funerário atenderam a ocorrência.

Uma testemunha disse à polícia que o portão é muito pesado e constantemente apresenta problemas. Ela alegou que há dois meses o motor quebrou e a abertura e fechamento estava sendo realizada de forma manual. Ainda segundo a testemunha, a empresa sabia sobre os problemas.

A polícia registrou o caso como morte suspeita e vai apurar as circunstâncias.

A empresa Trufer, divulgou uma nota nesta sexta-feira (27), onde lamentou o ocorrido e disse que colabora com as autoridades nas apurações.

A Trufer disse que prestará o auxílio e amparo necessários à família da vítima, que era funcionário terceirizado de uma empresa de segurança.
