A primeira unidade do restaurante foi aberta há 7 anos na cidade de Americana-SP, com um ambiente temático e aconchegante, além do cardápio diferenciado.

Antes de tudo começar, o empresário participou de um curso de especialização na área, na cidade de São Paulo, para que tudo fosse feito perfeitamente. Então, com o sucesso do primeiro restaurante, logo foram abertas as outras unidades, em Sumaré, Paulínia e Piracicaba.

Após 7 anos do início de tudo, Josué se tornou também um digital influencer e atualmente conta com 57 mil seguidores no Instagram, onde compartilha curiosidades gastronômicas, moda e seu estilo de vida saudável.

Com a rede de restaurantes na região, mais de 200 profissionais foram empregados direta ou indiretamente.
