O criminoso estava em um carro onde havia diversas placas, material para arrombamento e uma réplica de arma.

A princípio, a equipe viu um Fiat Mobi preto durante patrulhamento pelo Jardim Londres cujo condutor fugiu em alta velocidade quando a viatura se aproximou.

Houve perseguição até o Jardim Campos Elíseos, onde o motorista abandonou o veículo. Ele tentou continuar a fuga a pé, mas não teve sucesso.

No carro, os agentes encontraram placas de outros veículos que serviriam para adulteração, material de arrombamento e uma réplica de pistola.

Diante das evidências, o caso foi apresentado na 2ª Seccional e o criminoso ficou detido.
