O pai da vítima, deixou o menino dormindo sozinho no apartamento enquanto foi ao mercado e o acidente aconteceu.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 12h30, no Condomínio Manacá. O menino caiu da janela da sala do apartamento e além do traumatismo, sofreu diversas escoriações pelo corpo.

Ele foi socorrido ao Hospital Edison Mano mas logo em seguida encaminhado pela UTI móvel ao Hospital Estadual de Sumaré (SP)

A Polícia Militar (PM) esteve no local para registrar o caso e constatou que a janela do apartamento não possuía tela de proteção.

O pai da criança de 28 anos, foi ouvido pela polícia e contou que o menino não foi para escola por estar com febre. Com a mãe no trabalho, a criança ficou sob os cuidados dele.

O caso foi registrado 3º Distrito Policial e o pai será investigado por lesão corporal gravíssima e abandono de incapaz.
