A Justiça concedeu liberdade provisória ao homem que alega que as plantas eram para consumo próprio.

A prisão do médico aconteceu na quarta-feira (14), após uma denúncia anônima. A Polícia Civil apreendeu as plantas na casa dele no bairro Chácara Valverde/Santa Margarida e deteve o homem por tráfico de drogas.

O médico infectologista nega que vendia a maconha e os cogumelos cultivados no quintal e alega que eram para uso próprio.

Com a decisão da Justiça, o médico ficou em liberdade sob a condição de comparecer bimestralmente em juízo e a todos os atos de eventual processo instaurado. Além disso, ele não pode mudar de domicílio sem prévio aviso ao Juízo, sob pena de revogação do benefício.
