O condutor capotou na Rodovia Santos Dumont (SP-075), em Indaiatuba (SP) e se recusou passar pelo teste do bafômetro.

De acordo com a polícia, o acidente aconteceu por volta das 18h15 na altura do quilômetro 53. O condutor perdeu o controle da direção e capotou.

No atendimento da ocorrência, o motorista recusou não apenas o atendimento médico, como também a passar pelo teste do bafômetro.

Com isso, a polícia deteve o condutor, já que o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB) considera a recusa do bafômetro como infração gravíssima.

O motorista foi autuado e multado pelas infrações, e por estar com o licenciamento em atraso, o veículo ficou recolhido no pátio.
