Segundo informações iniciais, a vítima seria do sexo masculino e devido ao estado do corpo, ainda não é possível determinar se a morte é resultado de um crime.

A localização do cadáver aconteceu por volta das 14h após a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) receber uma denúncia.

Uma equipe de limpeza foi chamada para fazer uma manutenção no galpão, descrito como abandonado, que fica na esquina entre a Rua Ferrucio Astorri com a Rua Orozimbo Machado. Quando chegaram no local, eles sentiram um mau cheiro e contataram a corporação.

Agentes seguiram para o galpão, e posteriormente equipes da perícia, Polícia Civil e plantão funerário foram acionadas para a remoção do corpo.

O caso será registrado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).
