O indivíduo foi preso pela Guarda Civil Municipal.

Os Guardas Civis Municipais (GCMs) estavam em patrulhamento quando receberam informações de que um indivíduo teria furtado uma loja de material de construções na Avenida Prefeito Isaias Hermínio Romano.

Porém, a vítima conseguiu abordar o indivíduo, que não estava armado, e recuperar o eletrodoméstico furtado. Assim, foram todos levados pela GCM para a Central de Polícia Judiciária, onde foi estipulado uma fiança de mil reais para o indivíduo, mas não foi paga.

O homem então foi recolhido à cadeia pública de Sumaré, onde permaneceu preso.
