O caso aconteceu na madrugada desta quarta-feira (24), em uma residência no Loteamento Industrial, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP).

Conforme apurado pelo Policial Padrão, por volta da meia-noite, os policiais chegaram no local da ocorrência e falaram com o casal.

A mulher disse que os dois discutiram e denunciou que o marido mantinha uma arma em casa. Em cima do guarda-roupas do casal, a equipe encontrou uma espingarda calibre 38.  

Logo depois, o marido entregou as munições que estavam em outro local. No total, havia 10 munições do mesmo calibre da arma e duas de calibre 32.

A polícia apreendeu os objetos e deu voz de prisão ao proprietário por posse ilegal de arma.

No plantão policial, o delegado estipulou uma fiança no valor de R$ 1,3 mil. O irmão do detido pagou a quantia e o homem vai responder em liberdade.
