O crime aconteceu na noite desta segunda-feira (10), no Jardim José Ometto II.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o ajudante foi baleado assim que saiu de casa para entrar no carro dele. Três disparos atingiram a região da nuca, ombro e nádegas da vítima.

Uma unidade de resgate socorreu o ajudante até uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) do bairro, mas ele não resistiu aos ferimentos.

A Polícia Militar (PM) atendeu a ocorrência por volta das 21h, mas quando chegou ao local, a vítima já tinha sido socorrida. A equipe isolou a cena do crime para o trabalho de perícia e coletou alguns depoimentos.

Testemunhas disseram à polícia, que o autor estava em uma moto Honda CG preta e passou por diversas vezes em frente à casa da vítima antes do homicídio.

O suspeito teria estacionado o veículo perto do local e fez tocaia aguardando até o ajudante sair de casa. O autor fugiu logo após o crime.

A Polícia Civil deve investigar o homicídio.
