Ele usou uma réplica de arma no crime.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o ladrão chegou na conveniência do posto que fica Rua Engenheiro Jaime Pinheiro Ulhôa Cintra, por volta das 20h30.

Ele pediu dois maços de cigarros à caixa, mas ao invés de pagar pelos produtos, mostrou uma arma na cintura e exigiu o dinheiro do caixa. Antes de sair ele ameaçou voltar, caso a vítima denunciasse o ocorrido.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi notificada sobre o crime e iniciou buscas pelo suspeito seguindo a descrição da vítima. A equipe localizou o ladrão no Parque Bandeirantes I, com uma réplica de arma e os maços de cigarros roubados.

O criminoso foi conduzido à delegacia, onde a vítima fez o reconhecimento positivo. O ladrão ficou preso pelo crime.
