As inscrições são realizadas apenas de modo virtal pelo site vestibular.univesp.br , e o polo Americana oferece 32 vagas para o eixo Licenciaturas (Letras, Matemática e Pedagogia) e 32 vagas para o eixo Computação (Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência de Dados e Engenharia da Computação). A taxa de inscrição é de R$ 45,00, com possibilidade de isenção para pessoas de baixa renda registradas no Cadastro Único.

As provas para os candidatos do eixo Licenciaturas serão realizadas no dia 13 de junho, e para o eixo Computação no dia 20 de junho. Os locais das provas serão divulgados no dia 2 de junho. A lista de classificação e chamadas estará disponível no site a partir de 22 de julho.
