Após guinchar e apreender o carro da vereadora e professora Daniela, no dia 16/08/2020, o sargento da Polícia Militar (PM) Alan Fabrício Ferreira seria afastado do policiamento de trânsito em Marília, interior de São Paulo.

A vereadora chegou a ligar para a tenente-coronel Márcia Crystal para pedir que o PM não levasse o carro, que estava com a filha dela no momento da apreensão.

O veículo estava sem licenciamento e com os pneus dianteiros gastos, comprometendo a segurança no trânsito, por isso foi apreendido. A tenente-coronel afirmou em telefonema que afastaria o sargento, mas ele foi diretamente para São Paulo realizar um curso.

Então, após concluir o curso de atualização sobre patrulhamento, neste mês de setembro, Alan foi premiado como primeiro colocado da especialização. Ainda não existem informações sobre o retorno do sargento às atividades em Marília.
