Ele foi localizado em uma chácara na cidade de São Pedro (SP).

No último dia 17 de fevereiro, policiais civis da 2ª Delegacia de Investigações Sobre Entorpecentes (Dise) realizaram a prisão em flagrante do professor, após ele ter sido flagrado fumando anfetamina no banheiro de uma escola estadual de Piracicaba (SP). Em seu notebook, também foi localizado material pornográfico infantil.

Conforme obriga a legislação vigente, foi arbitrada fiança ao professor, o qual pagou o valor e foi colocado em liberdade.

Após a decretação da prisão preventiva durante este feriado de Carnaval, os policiais realizaram uma investigação, vindo a descobrir que o professor estaria em uma chácara na área rural da cidade de São Pedro (SP), onde funciona uma clínica de reabilitação para dependentes químicos. 

Ele recebeu voz de prisão e foi conduzido até a sede da 2ª Dise, onde a ocorrência foi apresentada. Ele ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
