O rapaz foi atingido por um disparo e entrou em óbito no Hospital Municipal.

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, por volta da 01h50, os policiais militares estavam patrulhando na Rua Rua Lírio Correa com Rua Carioba e avistaram um veículo VW GOL quadrado, prata, produto de furto na terça- feira (19), com três ocupantes em seu interior.

A equipe tentou realizar a abordagem, mas o condutor não obedeceu e fugiu em alta velocidade. Foi iniciado acompanhamento por diversas ruas do bairro, durante a ação o passageiro apontava uma arma contra os policiais e em legítima defesa os policiais atiraram contra os criminosos.

Na rua Rua Zaira Nardini Minozi, sem saída, o motorista saiu do veículo e foi detido, já o ocupante de trás permaneceu no interior e ao ser removido, notou-se fluxo sanguíneo vindo de um ferimento na de suas costas, causado pela entrada de projétil de arma de fogo.

O baleado foi socorrido pelo Corpo de Bombeiros ao Hospital Municipal, onde permaneceu internado até às 2h47 e depois entrou em óbito.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde os dois detidos permaneceram à disposição da Justiça.
