De acordo com informações da Polícia Militar, os jovens estavam traficando no Jardim da Paz, região conhecida pela constante venda de drogas.

Os policiais foram à região, em razão do histórico de venda de drogas, e viram os dois adolescentes em um ponto de venda. 

Os jovens notaram a viatura e saíram correndo, mas logo foram alcançados e detidos. A dupla confessou o crime. Com um deles, havia 17 pinos de cocaína enquanto o outro, portava duas porções de maconha, um pino de cocaína e R$ 25.

O caso foi registrado como ato infracional de tráfico de drogas, na Delegacia de Americana. A dupla foi apreendida.
