A vítima estava internada no Hospital Unimed, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos.

De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, a vítima sofreu um acidente no cruzamento das avenidas Tiradentes e Monte Castelo, por volta das 16h45.

Segundo testemunhas, ela não sofreu ferimentos aparentes, mas passou mal e foi socorrida pelo Corpo de Bombeiros ao Hospital Unimed, onde acabou falecendo por volta das 20h10.

A vítima foi velada às 12h30 no Velório Berto Lira e enterrada às 15h30 no Cemitério Campo da Ressurreição.

Vera residia no bairro Jardim Primavera, era viúva e deixa três filhas.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, mas as causas do acidente e óbito não foram informadas.
