De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, a vítima estava no bar da irmã, conhecido como Casa Bar dos Amigos, quando um veículo Chevorlet Onix parou em frente o estabelecimento e um homem desceu realizando vários disparos.

A vítima foi socorrida pela irmã ao UPA Matão, onde não resistiu aos ferimentos e entrou em óbito. A Polícia Militar (PM) compareceu ao local e fez a preservação até a Perícia realizar os trabalhos necessários.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, onde o caso foi registrado e será investigado. O homem já havia vários antecedentes criminais.
