Os militares, cabo Constante e soldado Medeiros faziam patrulhamento pelo bairro, quando por volta das 18h30 pela rua Ângela Maria, foram acionados por populares locais informando que uma casa estava totalmente aberta, com suspeitas ter sido invadida.

O local foi verificado pelos agentes estaduais, sendo encontrada na garagem uma mochila com maconha e uma munição de .50 não sendo encontrado nenhum suspeito e também não localizado os moradores.

Diante dos fatos, foi apresentado na Central de Polícia Judiciaria (CPJ) elaborado o boletim de ocorrência para averiguação posterior pela Polícia Civil. Droga e munição permaneceram apreendidas para descarte legal.
