O caso aconteceu por volta das 18h46, na Rodovia Anhanguera (SP-330).

De acordo com a Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR), o motorista do veículo Mustang GT estava trafegando no quilometro 123 quando bateu contra a traseira de um caminhão.

A vítima relatou que estava seguindo sentido capital quando um caminhoneiro entrou em sua frente e freou. Ele conseguiu reduzir a velocidade, porém não conseguiu evitar o acidente.

O motorista do caminhão fugiu do local e as placas não foram anotadas pela vítima, que foi atendida pela Concessionária AutoBAn com pequenos ferimentos e se recusou a ser transferido ao hospital mais próximo.

Com o impacto, o Mustang travou sobre a pista de rolamento, causando um congestionamento de 2 quilômetros.

O caso foi registrado pelos policiais no local, o motorista se recusou fazer o teste do etilômetro.
