De acordo com a polícia, a idosa já possui uma medida protetiva contra o agressor, que descumpriu a ordem judicial.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a casa da vítima fica na Rua Cruzeiro do Sul, no Jardim Thelja.

Por volta das 11h, o rapaz pulou o portão da residência e começou a ofender a avó de 64 anos e o namorado dela de 55.

Segundo as vítimas, o agressor pegou uma faca de cozinha e disse que ia matar o casal. Logo depois, o rapaz deu socos no namorado da avó e atingiu a mão dele com a faca.

O filho da idosa que também estava na casa, ouviu os gritos, separou a briga e chamou a Polícia Militar (PM).

Ao chegar no local, a equipe policial constatou que a idosa já possui uma medida protetiva contra o neto.

Uma viatura encaminhou a vítima ferida para atendimento médico e posteriormente, todos os envolvidos prestaram depoimento na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).

O delegado autuou o agressor por descumprimento de medida protetiva, lesão corporal e violência doméstica, e liberou o rapaz após o registro do caso. A faca usada no crime ficou apreendida.
