As equipes abordaram uma caminhonete GM/S10, de Campo Grande (MS), conduzida por homem, onde, após uma busca veicular minuciosa, descobriram no interior do tanque de combustível do veículo 41 tabletes de substância de cocaína, totalizando 42,450kg da droga.

O condutor do veículo, de 54 anos confessou que o transporte da substância ilícita, pela troca de receber a quantia de R$15 mil e teria origem em Campo Grande (MS) com destino a Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). A ação marca um importante golpe contra o tráfico de drogas na região, evidenciando a eficácia da colaboração entre as forças de segurança no combate à criminalidade.

O caso foi apresentado pela Polícia Federal de Jales, que prossegue com as investigações para desarticular possíveis redes de distribuição ligadas a este transporte.

O preso foi conduzido juntamente com o veículo e a droga até sede da Delegacia de Polícia Federal em Jales (SP) onde foi preso em flagrante delito por tráfico de drogas com pena de até 15 anos de reclusão. Ele foi ouvido pela autoridade policial e será encaminhado a Centro de Detenção da região onde permanecerá à disposição da Justiça Estadual de Nhandeara.
