O autor do crime está foragido.

De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, policiais militares foram solicitados via Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar (Copom), pela mãe da vítima que encontrou o filho com diversas lesões no rosto e um corte no braço na casa onde moram.

A mulher perguntou ao filho o que havia acontecido e ele contou que uma pessoa teria ido até à residência e o agrediu com socos e pauladas no rosto e uma facada no ombro. O criminoso fugiu do local levando uma bicicleta e também uma quantia em dinheiro.

O ajudante geral foi socorrido e levado até o Hospital Afonso Ramos, onde permaneceu internado. A perícia foi acionada e esteve na casa.

A Polícia Civil (PC) investiga o caso. Apesar de itens da vítima terem sido levados, não é descartada a hipótese de que um motivo passional tenha ocasionado o crime. O autor das agressões, seria ex-companheiro da atual namorada da vítima.
