A vítima foi atender uma pessoa no portão com o filho de três meses no colo quando o assassino o atacou.

De acordo com informações da Polícia Militar (PM), o crime aconteceu por volta das 20h30 no bairro Jardim Santo Antônio.

Vizinhos e familiares estavam na casa no momento do crime e disseram que Santos saiu com o filho para atender alguém que chamava no portão. O autor atacou a vítima com quatro facadas e Santos caiu segurando o bebê.

Logo após o crime, o assassino fugiu e a família chamou a polícia e equipes de resgate. Eles chegaram a socorrer a vítima, mas ela não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu no hospital.

A Polícia Civil investiga o caso com auxílio de exames periciais do Instituto Médico Legal (IML). Nesta segunda-feira (2), a equipe vai ouvir vizinhos e a esposa da vítima. O intuito é coletar detalhes sobre Santos e saber se ele tinha alguma desavença.
