Na ocasião um ventilador e produtos de limpeza foram apreendidos. O homem disse que venderia para comprar drogas.

A Guarda Municipal estava em patrulhamento pela Av. 10 de Abril quando viu um homem com uma bolsa nas costas e carregando um saco transparente com um ventilador. Quando o homem percebeu a aproximação da viatura, tentou mudar de direção e isso chamou atenção dos agentes.

O suspeito foi abordado e aos verificarem os documentos do homem, ele havia passagens furtos e roubo.
Ainda durante revista, o suspeito estava com álcool e um litro de água sanitária, produtos que alegou ser de sua casa. Ao ser indagado sobre a procedência do ventilador o homem alegou ser de sua casa e que iria vender para comprar droga, pois era viciado.

os agentes fizeram contato com a companheira do acusado que afirmou que os objetos não eram de sua casa. Diante dos fatos, o homem foi levado para a delegacia juntamente com os objetos suspeitos. Após os procedimentos legais, os objetos foram apreendidos e o suspeito foi liberado.
