Os trabalhos policiais foram realizados por integrantes do Departamento de Polícia Judiciária de São Paulo Interior 2 (Deinter 2), por meio do 11º Distrito Policial de Campinas.

Após investigações, os agentes localizaram um imóvel onde funcionava um depósito de entorpecentes e armas à 200 metros de uma escola de educação infantil da rede municipal, que abastecia os pontos de tráfico de drogas na região.

Durante a ação, os policiais apreenderam 93 porções de cocaína, 94 porções de crack, 123 porções de maconha, dinheiro em espécie e um revólver calibre 44 com a numeração suprimida, acompanhada de quatro cartuchos deflagrados. Um homem, de 22 anos, foi preso em flagrante.

O detido foi conduzido à Especializada, onde passou pelos trâmites de polícia judiciária. Após, foi encaminhado ao cárcere e ficará à disposição do Poder Judiciário.
