A ação visa combater os crimes de armazenamento e compartilhamento de materiais relacionados ao abuso sexual infantojuvenil.

Os policiais cumpriram um mandado de busca e apreensão expedido pela 9ª Vara Federal em Campinas.

Durante realização das buscas, eles apreenderam um celular, um HD e pen drives.

O material será encaminhado para perícia criminal, para aprofundamento da análise pericial.

Se condenado, o investigado pode responder pelos crimes de posse e compartilhamento de arquivos com conteúdo pornográfico infantojuvenil, que somadas podem chegar a dez anos de prisão.

O investigado já tem passagem por atentado violento ao pudor contra vítima menor de 14 anos e já foi preso no ano de 2006 por tal delito.
