A abordagem aconteceu no bairro Jardim Pérola, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP).

Dois homens estavam uma moto Honda CG Titan 160 e tentaram fugir da abordagem quando viram a equipe. O condutor conseguiu seguir por algumas ruas e ao tentar entrar em uma casa, bateu no portão social e danificou um registro d’água.

Os agentes conseguiram abordar a dupla e apesar de não encontrarem nada ilícito, notaram adulteração nos sinais de identificação do motor e chassi.

De acordo com a GCM, a moto era da cidade de Paraty no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Ao ser questionado sobre esse fato, o condutor alegou que adquiriu a moto em um leilão.

A equipe registrou o caso no plantão policial e após o registro dos fatos, a moto ficou recolhida no pátio municipal.
