O caso foi atendido pela Polícia Militar (PM).

Os soldados Gregory e Liberto foram acionados para atender um caso de importunação sexual na Rua Alberto Caetano.

No local a solicitante informou que estava passeando com seu cachorro pela rua quando viu um homem com o órgão genital apontando para ela e fazendo gestos obscenos, a mulher então voltou para casa e foi seguida pelo autor.

Diante da características do indivíduo, a equipe iniciou patrulhamento e conseguiu deter o jovem. O mesmos já era conhecido nos meios policiais e negou a acusação.

O caso foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial, onde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
