Uma arma foi apreendida.

De acordo com apuração do Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu durante a tentativa de abordagem de um veículo ocupado por quatro pessoas.

O motorista fugiu ao notar a aproximação da viatura e houve uma perseguição que terminou em um cerco policial em uma rua sem saída.

Nesse momento, o suspeito que estava no banco do passageiro, atirou contra a viatura e jogou a arma para fora do carro. Em seguida, correu em direção à Rodovia Anhanguera (SP-330) e conseguiu escapar da abordagem.

A PM deteve os outros três ocupantes do veículo. Um deles alegou ser dono carro e disse que estava dirigindo com um amigo, quando deu carona para os outros dois homens.

Ele alegou que ignorou a ordem de parada, após ser ameaçado pelo suspeito armado que fugiu.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial como tentativa de homicídio. O trio detido foi liberado após prestar depoimento.
