Mediante denúncia de populares, os agentes De Paula e Benício compareceram ao local dos fatos, onde fizeram contato com duas pessoas. Foi então verificado que no dia 09/02 uma equipe do Grupo de Proteção Ambiental (GPA) fiscalizou o local e constatou construções irregulares e movimentação de terra.

Conforme histórico junto a Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, o local foi interditado. A área total é de mais de 5 mil metros quadrados. Hoje, 15/04 às 18:20hrs foi constatado uma subdivisão de lotes, mais 10 construções/residência, corte de 6 árvores, 3 fossas caipiras, queima de resíduos e construções de trapiches, pier e flutuantes.

Todos os fatos foram apresentados na Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e na Central de Polícia Judiciária, pois havia o embargo e nenhuma documentação foi apresentada quanto as supostas autorizações. O local segue embargado, até que os fatos sejam apurados e os envolvidos responsabilizados pelos órgãos competentes.
