A equipe composta pelos agentes Gregório e Insp. Jorge foram acionados para comparecer na Rua Vereador Marcílio, onde o indivíduo teria adentrado em uma residência e furtado um celular LG k9 de cor preta.

A vítima relatou que escutou um barulho e ao verificar deparou com um indivíduo na sala de sua casa ,que o mesmo saiu correndo levando um celular.

Através das características, os agentes iniciaram patrulhamento e abordou o indivíduo por volta das 04h30 pela Rua José Saturno com a Avenida Santo Amaro . O abordado já conhecido nos meios polícias pela prática de furtos ,que a alguns dias atrás o mesmo foi apresentado pelo cometimento de um furto de celular no valor de 2 mil reais.

A vítima reconhece o autor. O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, onde o indivíduo permaneceu  à disposição da Justiça.
