No bairro Recreio, os policiais localizaram cinco pássaros silvestres. Eles estavam em gaiolas individuais, sem sinais de maus-tratos.

No entanto, os proprietários não tinham nenhum tipo de identificação ou autorização para a tutela. As multas aplicadas pelo crime chegaram a R$ 2,7 mil.

A equipe apreendeu os pássaros e depois os soltou em uma mata próxima ao rio Corumbataí. Houve destruição das gaiolas e descarte em local apropriado.

No caso da pescaria, o flagrante aconteceu na Pedra Chata, no rio Corumbataí. Ali, os PMs apreenderam quatro varas com molinete e 85 gramas de pescado, que incluíam mandi e curimbatá.

Os materiais foram apreendidos e os peixes, que ainda estavam vivos, devolvidos ao rio.
