A prisão foi realizada no bairro Jardim Picerno.

De acordo com a corporação, policiais militares tomaram ciência de que um veículo VW/Polo de cor preta foi utilizado por criminosos para praticar diversos roubos pela área.

Diante das informações, foi realizado patrulhamento e na Avenida Fuad Assef Maluf depararam com o veículo ocupado por dois indivíduos. Durante a abordagem e durante busca veicular foi localizado sob o banco traseiro um simulacro de pistola na cor preta, uma mochila, um boné e um par de tênis, como sendo idênticas as utilizadas pelos indivíduos nas imagens de vídeo.

O caso foi encaminhado ao 2º Distrito Policial, onde as peças foram reconhecidas pelas vítimas, bem como os indivíduos, o Delegado de plantão ratificou a prisão em flagrante por roubo e os indivíduos permaneceram a disposição da justiça.
