Durante operação “Moto Speed”, realizada na rodovia SP348 sentido norte, no quilometro 126 os policiais do Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário (TOR), cabo Regert e soldado Carmo  abordaram o ônibus Mercedes Benz/Busscar, registrado no município de Monsenhor Gil-PI, origem de São Paulo-SP e destino Picos-PI, ocupado por apenas seis pessoas, sendo três motorista, duas crianças e esposa de um dos funcionários.

Os agentes então decidiram fazer buscas no interior do ônibus, localizando uma caixa com maconha e posteriormente mais três caixas, contendo mais quantidade de maconha, crack e cocaína.

Total de drogas apreendidas foram 117 tabletes de maconha, 1 tablete de cocaína, 10 papelotes de cocaína e 100 papelotes de crack.

Questionado o motorista principal da viagem, disse ser uma encomenda que pegou no Bairro Califórnia em São Caetano e que iria ser retirada na cidade de Picos-PI.

Ocorrência ainda em andamento pela delegacia, aguardando encerramento para atualização desta matéria.

ATUALIZAÇÃO: quatro indivíduos foram presos, sendo um deles o responsável pelo frete. Além disso, foram apreendidos quase 138kg de maconha, 0,078kg de crack e 1,222kg de cocaína.
