Os Policiais Militares Rodoviários realizavam fiscalização pela pista norte, quando deram sinal de parada obrigatória para um  veículo GM/Monza.

O motorista então parou muito próximo à faixa de bordo da rodovia e, ao solicitar ao condutor para posicionar o veículo em local mais seguro, este arrancou com o veículo e empreendeu fuga.

Após breve acompanhamento o homem foi abordado, cerca de dois quilômetros depois.

Na vistoria veicular e na busca pessoal nada de ilícito foi localizado, porém, na consulta de dados o  condutor constou como Procurado da Justiça por homicídio culposo na direção de veículo automotor.

Indivíduo apresentado ao Departamento de Polícia para devidas providências.
