Além da irregularidade do veículo, o suspeito estava arrastando uma placa de sinalização furtada.

De acordo com informações da corporação, a abordagem aconteceu na região do Anel Viário.

O suspeito alegou que encontrou a placa anexada em um postinho, caída no Jardim Nossa Senhora do Amparo e resolver arrastar o objeto com a moto.

A equipe analisou o veículo e descobriu que a numeração do quadro estava raspada.

O condutor apresentou uma nota de compra de leilão. No entanto, conforme a nova atualização do Código Penal, a adulteração de sinais identificadores é crime com pena de prisão.

Com isso, o motociclista ficou detido e tanto a moto quanto a placa furtada apreendidas.
