O indivíduo realizou um anuncio clonado de uma motocicleta por R$ 6,2 mil e após receber uma oferta no anuncio falso, o mesmo entrou em contato com o verdadeiro anunciante, dizendo que compraria o veículo e mandaria um representante para avaliar a moto, que na verdade, era a vítima que pagaria o valor, mas não tinha ideia do esquema.

O vendedor e o comprador foram ao cartório, onde foi assinado o Documento Único de Transferência (DUIT). O comprador, foi até o banco transferiu o valor para duas contas do estelionatário, em agencias do estado do Mato Grosso, pensando a se tratar do verdadeiro dono do veículo.

O comprador após realizar o pagamento foi até a casa do vendedor para retirar o veíuclo e acabarm percebendo que haviam caido em um golpe.

O caso foi registrado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) como estelionato e será investigado.
