A vítima estava armada e disparou em direção do menor.

Segundo o adolescente, ele e mais um comparsa tentaram roubar um carro, mas a vítima estava armada e atirou contra eles. O menor fugiu para o interior de uma residência, já o outro foi para sentido contrário.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada e conseguiu deter o adolescente com um simulacro, já o outro envolvido não foi localizado.

O caso foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial, onde o menor foi ouvido e liberado aos responsáveis.

A vítima não foi identificada, pois fugiu após o crime.
